Who We Are

Ben Reigle

Benjamin Reigle is the founder and moderator of RCM Leaders Forum. A proven revenue cycle leader, Ben set upon the journey of developing the forum after spending years seeking how change could be implemented and just wasn't. Tired of watching opportunity go by, he took the opportunity to create something new: a small, inclusive group of leaders who want to innovate and improve how RCM functions now and will in the future.

Ben was previously Vice-President of HealthRise with expertise in revenue cycle, finance, strategy development, business development, and data-driven performance.  He has worked for both healthcare systems and consultancies, so he has the unique ability to see how problems look from both sides of the table.

Ben has spent the last fifteen years working for and with hospitals in various roles. Recently, he led the revenue cycle practice for McKinsey and Co.'s healthcare venture, Objective Health. Previously, he spent six years with Accretive (now R1), leading client engagements with major hospital systems. Before that, he worked for Borgess Medical Center for six years. At Borgess, Ben spent two years in the office of the President, working on strategy for the health system, and the remainder in operations as the Business Manager for Surgical Services.

Ben has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Grand Valley State University and a Master's in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.

Tina Fleming

Tina Fleming is an associate with RCM Leaders Forum and manages the logistics, event planning, and marketing for the Forum. She most recently worked with Healthrise, where she observed the outdated trade show format that was the status quo for education and networking for revenue cycle. In full agreement with RCM Leaders Forum founder Ben Reigle, she knew there had to be a better way. Her favorite thing about the Forum is the camaraderie and genuine drive to solve problems that face the industry from a forward-looking perspective.

Fleming served as a marketing representative and publicist for Healthrise, where she learned the ins and outs of revenue cycle while managing the speaking career of CEO and author David Farbman. Healthrise was her first foray into healthcare; she previously worked in public relations, managing clients in the non-profit sector and the hospitality industry.

Her early career was as an entertainment publicist, working the Michigan market for clients Disney and Sony, as well as touring theatrical productions such as “Mamma Mia,” “Beauty & the Beast,” and “Phantom of the Opera.” She has a degree in English with minors in film and theatre from Michigan State University.
