Who We Are
Ben Reigle
Benjamin Reigle is the founder and moderator of RCM Leaders Forum. A proven revenue cycle leader, Ben set upon the journey of developing the forum after spending years seeking how change could be implemented and just wasn't. Tired of watching opportunity go by, he took the opportunity to create something new: a small, inclusive group of leaders who want to innovate and improve how RCM functions now and will in the future.
Ben was previously Vice-President of HealthRise with expertise in revenue cycle, finance, strategy development, business development, and data-driven performance. He has worked for both healthcare systems and consultancies, so he has the unique ability to see how problems look from both sides of the table.
Ben has spent the last fifteen years working for and with hospitals in various roles. Recently, he led the revenue cycle practice for McKinsey and Co.'s healthcare venture, Objective Health. Previously, he spent six years with Accretive (now R1), leading client engagements with major hospital systems. Before that, he worked for Borgess Medical Center for six years. At Borgess, Ben spent two years in the office of the President, working on strategy for the health system, and the remainder in operations as the Business Manager for Surgical Services.
Ben has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Grand Valley State University and a Master's in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
